Helping You Build Better Health Through Everyday Rhythms

Through speaking, health education, and personalized advisory, I help adults better understand the everyday patterns that influence nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Why I Do This

For nearly two decades, I cared for patients in emergency medicine, often meeting people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

That experience shaped how I think about health. Emergency medicine is essential, but I became increasingly interested in the everyday patterns that influence health long before a crisis develops.

Today, Ryan Kime Health Advisory focuses on practical health education, community speaking, and personalized advisory. My goal is to help people better understand the daily rhythms that influence nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

I believe lasting health is usually built through small, consistent choices repeated over time.

Professional Background

My professional journey has been shaped by medicine, leadership, education, nutrition, and a lifelong interest in helping people build healthier lives.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, I completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at Indiana University and practiced for more than 15 years in board-certified emergency medicine. During that time, I cared for patients across Level I trauma centers, regional referral hospitals, rural and community hospitals, telemedicine, aeromedical transport, and urgent care, gaining experience across nearly every stage of acute medical care.

As my career evolved, I founded both a mobile urgent care practice and a medical-legal consulting firm, broadening my perspective on patient advocacy, healthcare systems, quality of care, and the complex decisions that shape health outcomes.

I also served in physician leadership roles focused on stroke systems of care, patient safety, quality improvement, and emergency department operations—work that reinforced my belief that excellence in healthcare depends not only on medical knowledge, but also on communication, systems thinking, and genuine compassion for people.

That commitment to clinical excellence was recognized through prestigious honors from the United States Congress, California State Legislature (twice), St. Joseph Health System, Adventist Health, and San Jose Magazine, where I was recognized as a Top Doc.

Today, I bring that experience together with an MBA, Oxford academic experience, certification in holistic nutrition, and a deep commitment to nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and the outdoors. My mission is to help individuals and organizations better understand the foundational rhythms that support lifelong health and wellbeing.

My Approach

Health is built long before most people ever become patients. Throughout my career, I came to appreciate that many of the choices influencing our long-term health happen quietly every day—through the foods we eat, the way we sleep, how we manage stress, how we move, recover, and care for ourselves over time.

My approach is built on a simple belief: health is not one-size-fits-all. Every person has a unique story, different goals, and different challenges. Rather than searching for a single solution, I help people better understand their own body, organize the factors influencing their health, and focus on practical, sustainable changes that fit their life.

Everything I teach is grounded in the belief that better health begins with strong foundations, consistent daily rhythms, and informed decision-making.

Working Together

Whether I'm speaking to a community group, partnering with an organization, or working one-on-one, my goal is always the same: to help people better understand their health and make practical, sustainable improvements they can apply in daily life.

My work is educational and advisory in nature. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I help people organize the many factors that influence health—including nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, and lifestyle—so they can make more informed decisions with greater confidence.

I believe that lasting health is built through strong foundations, consistent daily rhythms, and a deeper understanding of your own body. Every person starts from a different place, and every path forward should reflect that. If my approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to work together.

Let's Connect
